Frequent Falling and dizziness

Sir/Madam I've continuously dizziness like head rotation sensation, both hands legs weekness. MRI brain is normal and MRI C spine has compression C3 to c5. My symptoms are written in a paper and attached. Pls suggest me what treatment should I take and which specialist I shall visit . I resides in Visakhapatnam. Thankyou.

Visit a neurosurgeon, the MRI cervical spine shows decreased cervical canal space. For now take Tab vitofeed 1-01 Tab Gabapentin 100 0-0-1
