Frequent Dizziness

I have been frequently experiencing some light form of dizziness all day long.. the dizziness is strong early morning when i wake up.. I believe its some kind of low blood pressure but i have food at regular intervals and also stay hydrated.. I fear sometimes i may experience a strong one and fall off..
