Frequent Cuts and Cracks on hand

Dear sir / mam, I want to ask for my 62yrs / F mother. She has no pre-existing chronic disease. From past 5-6 months she is getting regular cuts on her palm, thumbs and fingers during her day to day household work. Her hand fingers, thumbs are now chapped/ cracked and filled of cuts and bruises even after slightest of work at home. Pls advice
