I am suffering from Cold- it happens very often and go away automatically. I sneeze a lot when cold happens, some time run water as well.

Hello..... Allergic to weather..  Repeated sneezing suggests you have allergy......Have only  warm food ls, avoid  ice cream,  take steam  inhalation  twice daily...  By doing exercise and yoga you can increase your strength..  In allergiec cases avoidance of allergen is only way. Consult ent specialist..
