I am getting cold on and off from last one month which stops after taking cetrizine for 5 days and comes back again . Should I reduce the dose of montek lc slowly instead of stopping immediately

This is not a cold. You have chronic allergic/ non allergic/chronic rhinitis. Your symptoms return because the underlying nasal inflammation is chronic. Antihistamines give temporary control. We need to identify the trigger and treat the root cause, not just the symptoms.
