Frequent Cold cough
I have problem of frequent cough cold problem since childhood either due to sudden hot cold environment or eating fruits. During this problem i suffered from Forehead pain above eyebrows, feel tired and laziness, joint pain and stingy cough in throat. Pls. advice for remedy
Appears to be a case of Sinusitis.
Take tablet Azithromycin 500 mg twice daily, tablet Zerodol-P twice daily for 1 week. Do steem inhalation with Amruthanjan or Vicks vaporub twice daily. Avoid taking very cold food.
If no relief consult a ENT specialist.
