I hope you have visited your physician and taking medication for bp while also discussing your other health concerns. To begin with you can look at counselling for anger management while you are working at this the counsellor should be able to decipher your other patterns and work together with you on them. You can look for someone around you for face to face sessions or go for online counselling. The counsellor will recommend the further course of treatment after the initial assessment.
