My age is 21 . I have a tight frenulum attached to my foreskin and tip of my pennis head and I can't retract my foreskin backward. When I consulted a doctor online he told frenuloplasty and circumsion are required. Can it be operated without circumsion. and My pennis size when full erect is 4 inch. Is there any way I can grow my pennis size . My friends tell me I have a small pennis and Iam short in height also (5feet3inch)
