Please let me know what is minimal free fluid in cul de sac. Does it mean ruptured ectopic pregnancy

Dear practo user Minimal free fluid in cul de sac can have variable diagnosis depending upon the day of your cycle.If you have a positive pregnancy test with acute pain lower abdomen along with fluid in cul de sac and no pregnancy is seen in the uterus..your doctor needs to monitor you as a suspected ectopic pregnancy..for more details and plan of management you can consult with me.
