Having so many butterfly freckles on face on nose and cheeks.Black spots around the lips and dark circles.dull and dry face.has gone through chemical peeling four times but it was not at all effective.Applied the creams and moisturizers  like kojic acid cream cetaphil moisturizer recommended by doctors but it works only for few days and again the face become even more worst.Needs permanent solution.Can anyone help me
