The past year or so, when engaging in sexual intercourse my foreskin would become torn, and painful. However it used to heal overnight and be good to go again the next day. Now, the foreskin is so weak that merely achieving erection leaves multiple tears in the skin. Masturbation is painful and sex is out of the question. What should i do?
