My foreskin don't come back totaly. It is tight foreskin and a tight ring is forming behind the glans penis in erect position. Do I face any problem at the interaction with my Wife?

If you have intercourse with condom, there should be no problem but it may be a problem without condom . It is better if you get it Circumcised by a surgeon
