I have a rash or something on my foreskin that looks really ugly. I started masturbating really young ans have been to embarrased to tell anyone. Ive had the same rash for about 5 years and nothing seems to change. I want to start having sex already but dont want to because of the rash. My foreskin is also a little tight so it hurts if i get to horny and want to masturbate really fast. I want to get rid of the rash and i just dont know what to do anymore.
