Foreskin balloning during urination
My kid is 9 months old. During urination his foreskin is balloning. He is not crying though. We have consulted a pediatrician we have shown the video he didn't even see the part of the baby directly and suggested for operation. Thinking for second opinion any suggestions are helpful.
