Hello sir or mam, I think I'm having phimosis. Because, my foreskin is attached with the penis. I'm a virgin, so didn't have the sexual experience. Is there is any way to cure this without surgery. If it should need a surgery, how much it's gonna cost? Convey me in Tamil for better understanding.
