I feel foreign body sensation during sleep from2 weeks . It irritates me for a long time and I tried to keep my eyes in the water for a long time. It gives me some relaxation but I feel there are no dust particles in the eyes.could u please advce me why is it happening frequently and treatment please ?

May be Dry eyes.Refresh tears eye drops, 2drops 3times a day.pl do not wash with water.pl consult ophthalmologist for further evaluation and treatment. Pl also have vision test and slitlamp eye examination.
