I have been suffering from irritation and watering my eye due to some foreign particle stuck beneath my upper eyelid and its moving but not out from my eye after using eye drops also.

You must visit an ophthalmologist if you can see it and can't get it out at home. Trying to get it out at home might be dangerous also as eye is very sensitive and might catch some infection.
