I have been having a forehead headache and eyes are getting strained in short time Please advise

Hello This could be due to dryness or refractive error Try A.cold compresses B use lubricating eyedrop frequently Consult local ophthalmologist if problem persist Regards

Please get your refraction done. Are you a regular computer user if so it might be computer vision syndrome please use lubricant eye drops e.g. teardrop 2to3 times daily.
