It is better to consult a doctor in person because you have such severe diarrhea. Also get stool analysis and stool microscopy done to look for the cause of infection.

Medicines cannot be prescribed on such short information. But it appears to be food borne infection. May need treatment accordingly Maintain hydration. Plenty of fluids coconut water lemon juice etc.
