For thyroid dysfuction

My wife is diagnosed with hyperthyroidism in december 2022and her report is T3:- 3.01 ng/ml T4:- 25.5 ug/ml TSH:- <0.015 ulU/ml ...from that she is taking neomarcazole 5mg BD tab.. .yesterday we do a test for thyroid in which her T3 :- 1.09 ng/ml T4 :-7.6 ug/dl... TSH:- 4.93 microU/ml Now me and my wife want to conceive a baby...i dont know what to do now weather we continue this medicine or not or change this medicine...because somehow i study that neomarcazole is not giving in pregnancy...plz tell me the exact solution...and is their any complications regarding pregnancy if we conceive in this month ??

neomercazole to be replaced by PTU till 6 months of pregnancy with monthly tft.
