For throat infection

I had tonsillitis earlier now it is cured but now there is a rash in the respiratory system (pharynx), I took antibiotics for 6 months but it is not getting better plzz give me permanent solution, May be asking here sorry for that because i don't have money plz help once

Which antibiotic you took for 6 months. Give a detailed history. Meanwhile gargle with betadine 10 ml diluted in half glass of water three times a day
