SIR MY MOTHER  HAD DONE FEW ROUTINE BLOOD TESTS.BUT THE READING  OF THE EGFR IS 86 (LOW).BUT SHE DID NOT HAVE ANY URINARY PROBLEMS YET.SO PLEASE TELL ME THAT DOES SHE NEED TO CONSULT ANY NEPHROLOGIST OR DOES SHE NEED TO DO ANY OTHER TESTS TO RULE OUT THE CAUSE OF LOW EGFR AND ANY KIDNEY PROBLEMS.THANK YOU

Eventhough technically value is low... 86 ml gfr can be considered as absolutely normal...no need to worry about that...
