Hello....  This is acne vulgaris....  It has variety of treatments based on the skin type u have,  the type of distribution and the associated conditions like dandruff etc...  The oily skin requires regular face wash and moisturizer as advised by a dermatologist.  If there is hair dandruff,  it should be treated initially,  as they cause the acne in the first place.  After examination of the acne nodules a doctor may prescribe u a coarse of antibiotics in the presence of infection or simply a retinoid ointment for local application.
