For bronchial asthma

I have been advised by my doctor to use the nebulisation when my infection is severe. When I'm using the nebulizer at home, with the mask, should I breathe through my nose? I find that when I breathe, the medicine get inside, but when I exhale, much of the medicine is lost as fumes. Just like we have a spacer for the inhaler, do we have anything like that? Thanks and regards. Shobha
