I got operated on my foot with kwire procedure 3 months back. Want to know if I can start jogging & ride 2 wheeler now. If not now by when can I start doing these activities. I still feel some pain when I walk more than 15-20 min but the pain is very minimal & can I climb stairs now.

If fracture has united, then start physiotherapy & build up your stamina to walk gradually.
