Can jack fruit be given to kids above 3 years My mother say should not be given as it results to epilepsy if eaten in kids. Is this a myth or true in general.

Its a super myth. I had never heard before. And i have been eating jackfruit since as far as i can remember. Epilepsy is due to many causes.but not jackfruit
