Hey doc, I want to know what are the food precautions to be taken for a paralyzed person and please suggest any extra care to be taken after or before physiotherapy. It's been 1 year since my father got paralyzed.

Hi You didn't mention whether he has any other ailment, like diabetes. In general, give him easily digestible food. As his mobility will be less & his his age A balanced diet with less carbohydrates. Adequate quantity of protein & vitamins
