What food can be given to a 7months old baby? How many times and at what quantity? Can we add turmeric to the food items or any sort of cumin or carrom powder except salt?

hello. you can give fruits like mashed banana ,apple puree ,chikoo puree,papaya,veg soup ,dal,dalia,khichd  ,halwa, kheer  to baby .kindly consult in detail for further opinion.
