Good morning sir/madam. For my cousin's baby, female baby 3months old, can we give solid food like ceralac or something now? Till now mother's milk is the only food.

Exclusive breast feeding  for 6 months If mothers milk is not sufficient  she can be fed with formula milk But never give cow milk or cerelac now They're  intestine  is immature  to digest as well they may end up in perforation of intestine
