First need to examine the area and confirm the diagnosis also need to see if there is any need for drainage of pus from the area. Please get the area properly assessed and evaluated. a course of oral antibiotics like Augmentin 625 mg twice a day for 7 days and apply Fudic cream 3-4 times a day go to be tried but I would not recommend without proper examination.
