Trying to conceive ...with induced cycle with letrozole 2.5mg from day 3-day 7.today cycle day14th ,scan report shows follicle cycle size 10*9mm in both ovaries with endomwtrium thickeness 4mm.report shows no dominant follicles.trace of free fluid in pod.what does it mean?anything serious??does it means egg growth is not good.?
