I am 28. This is third time follicular study and now on 10th day of period this time result is RT ovary 21×16mm LT overy 10×8mm endomet 4.1 type 1 and they left remark left side adnxa tubural cysticless hydrosalpus 4×2cm. Dr said this is infection and it happend last time also. So is it the thing of worrying? Is it normal? What can be reason that egg is not ovulate? Please tell me.

If u hv hydrosalpinx of left side u need to sort it out.. Get it clipped or drained laproscopically and also investigate to rule out tuberculosis as that causes this.. This could be the reason of u not being able to conceive
