Dear Doc, today is my 11 th day and  sonography report observations are: uterus 55x30x39mm normal Right ovary : 20×16 mm ,MSF Left ovary: 28×14 mm normal Endometrium thickness: 4.9mm Is this a normal result? When can we have sex to conceive and till which day should I be doing the test? Pls find the attached report .
