Follicular study

I had my follicular study on 13th day . It's showing as 36*23 right ovary and 36*20 left ovary . Below again it showed as ET IS 5.6 mm and RO 21*16 LO 21*17 and no free fluid in POD . Can you please advise if any changes of pregnancy
