I am on day 11 of my cycle. A follicular study reports right ovary follicle- 21*11 mm. Left ovary follicle 35*30 mm. E.T. 9.0 My lower abdomen sonography reports- bulky uterus with uterine fibroid, right ovary normal in size with a cyst measuring 2.1*1.4 cm and left ovary enlarged with a cyst measuring 3.5*3.0 cm. I am 4.5yrs married, trying to conceive.can I conceive in this cycle? What should I do next?
