Hi ! folicular study is done to analyse the quality and strength of the follicle for determining the chances of pregnancy. Generally follicles increase gradyually day by day and reach a size betwee 18-22mm in the midcycle, which is the healthy one to be fertilised to get
pregnant, if is not fertilised at That stage its degenerates itself and goes as menstruation. This is what generally happens. So its the size of the follicle that is important in the mid cycle say 13-15 days in a cycle of 28days period. If the follicluar size is 17-22mm then it means its very healthy and can get conceived for sure. If the follicle size is less that means its not fully developed and it may not be fruitfull even though it gets fertilised.
In your follicular study you have mentioned ovary size. See if ur follicle size is nrml, then there is very much chance of getting pregnant.
Though follicular size is nrml not getting pregnant, Then u may have to rule out other causes like pcod,
Thyroid etc.
