Hello I want you ask for my wife that on 10th day follicular study Right Ovary- No dominant follicular Left ovary- 10*10mm endometrial thickness 6.1mm And on 12th day Right ovary- No dominant Follicular Left ovary- 12*12mm endometrial thickness 7.7mm So I need to know what should we do to get Pregnant
