Can we get positive result  after first cycle of follicular study? Is fallopian blockage test painful?

yes you can get positive results in your first follicular study cycle too. fallopian tube test or tubal patency tests are painful.. However if depends on the technique used. SSG or sonosalpingography is less painful then HSG or hysterosalpingography.
