On 14th day dominant follicle left ovary ruptured and endometrial thickness 10mm.fluid in Pod mild. What does it mean?

It means ovulation has occurred (ovum i.e, egg is released from left ovary and endometrium ( uterus) is prepared enough for pregnancy if intercourse occurred around this period (12 th to 16 day) of your cycle.
