After 13 day of period Ro one dominant follicles 1.4*1.3cm lo multiple small follicles is there any difficulty in getting pregnant all report are normal

We can not comment on chances of getting pregnant based only on the size of follicle. Other parameters also important. Kindly consult reproductive endocrinologist.
