  4. Follicle size. Are so much variant?

While transabdominal sonography ,follicle size 15 to 16mm and endometrium 10mm as per radiologist, but while transvaginal sonography on the next alternate day, no dominant follicle seen and endometrium is 4.5mm how is it possible? Dr said there is no any signs of ovulation too? How the results are so much variant?
