What is 22 mm of follicle in right ovaries mean? Does it mean pregnancy is present or not?I've attached the ultrasound report Faint positive on urine test so I check ultrasound and the result is attached. Does that mean I've conceived or not?

That doesnt mean pregnancy, its an dominant follicle thats all, please repeat pregnancy test, theres nothing in the ultrasound that suggest pregnancy
