I have left poly cystic ovary on my right side follicle is growing upto 24 mm but it is not rupturing after that also it is increasing its size but it is not converted to cyst

Hi good evening Thnxs for your question POLYCYSTIC ovaries is hormones imbalance that leads to non ovulatory cycles. So egg maturation not occur. Check blood for Prolactin and TSH. Next cycle, you need change if medicines and injections used for ovulation induction. In some cases recombinant hCG can help.
