Follicle not rupture on day 18 with pcod

I am undergoing follicular study. On day 18th size of follicle is 21x24mm with ET 11.7mm. I got HCG 5000 shot on Dec 26th and today is Dec 29th. Follicle still not ruptured. Can I get pregnant this cycle? I am having PCOD also.
