Hi we are on treatment for fertility. Doctor suggested Ecosprin 75 from day 2 and Dydroboon 10mg from day 15. Our follicle report on day 12 shows 1.1 x 1.1 cm follicle on left ovary. NOD on the right. EM 7.3mm. Will the medicines improve the chance of pregnancy?
