Could you please read that below given ultrasound report? Please explain me what is it. Is it dangerous? P.S- From last two months my periods are delaying 10 days(each month).It happened due to chronic anxiety problem. This month i didn't get periods. But two weeks ago very little brownish blood came.

USG is suggestive of PCOD, due to which your periods are coming late. Also there are tiny concretions in the kidney.. drink plenty of water. Repeat scan after 3 months.
