We are planning a baby in next coming months , i have read that if women is planning she should start taking folic acid tablet 2 months prior,i have bought folivite 5 mg, can i take this medicine and if yes how many tablet a day and at what time ( Morning, Afternoon, night) (after meal or before meal)
