Foetus was not being growth
My wife is pregnant of 8 months. Wife has got done ultrasound today but foetus did not growth. Our give me advise level 2 and color ultrasound.
Please gives me right and genuine advise.

You need a fetal biometry and a colour doppler ultrasound of baby from experienced sonolgist to see how far behind the growth is lagging and whether the blood supply to the baby is still maintained. Your further course of treatment will depend on the report

Without seeing serial ultrasound reports advise s not possible..
Causes of IUGR cn be many from nutritional deficiency , placental insufficiency , congenital anomalies..etc..
Initiate a direct consult only then opinion s possible as to y this s happening
