Hi I am 40 year old. Since last 2-3 Months I am seeing foamy urine during urination. I have recently done with urine test and got to know that albumin in urine is 220 mg/24 hr and 4 mg/dl. I am not a diabetic and not having hypertension. Can you please suggest how to reduce albumin in urine?

Sometimes if the test is not done correctly it may result in a false value . Better to repeat the 24hr urine protein . Make sure you do the test correctly Also please do a simple regular urine routine .
Next Steps
On day 1, urinate into the toilet when you get up in the morning. Afterward, collect all urine in a special container for the next 24 hours. On day 2, urinate into the container when you get up in the morning. Cap the container. Keep it in the refrigerator or a cool place during the collection period.
Health Tips
The following may also affect test results: Dehydration Severe emotional stress Strenuous exercise Urinary tract infection
