I'm observing the foam formation in urine when I urinate. Observed it since last 2 months. I feel tired and fatigue sometimes. And gaining weight constantly but slowly..please suggest me the treatments and tests.. also I need to know the two kidneys are with proper growth and functions.. Thanks!
